Leadership Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Mentor and support Skin Therapists
- Lead by example through professionalism and performance
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Help maintain treatment standards and service consistency
- Foster a positive, team-focused culture
- Encourage growth in retail, membership, and guest retention performance
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
- Create customized treatment plans
- Recommend professional products and homecare regimens
- Build long-term relationships with guests
Advanced Services
Experience with or willingness to train in:
- Dermaplaning
- Microdermabrasion
- Nanoneedling
- Chemical Peels
- LED Light Therapy
- High Frequency Treatments
- Aromatherapy Enhancements
Qualifications
Required
- Active Tennessee Esthetics License
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and retain clientele
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
